Most orders are processed within 3–10 business days after payment is confirmed.

For customized products, special colors, specific lengths, or bulk orders, processing time may take longer. Customers will be informed in advance if additional processing time is required.

Return & Refund Policy

Eligibility for Returns

We accept return requests within 7 days of delivery, provided that:

• The hair has not been worn, installed, washed, dyed, bleached, cut, or chemically processed.
• The original texture and condition remain unchanged.
• All original packaging, tags, and accessories are included.
• The product is returned in its original condition.

For hygiene and quality control reasons, we cannot accept returns for products that have been used, worn, installed, altered, or damaged after delivery.

Incorrect or Damaged Orders

If you receive an incorrect or damaged product, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

• Clear photos or videos of the product

We will review your case and provide an appropriate solution, which may include a replacement, store credit, or refund where applicable.
